2. Payments
Full or partial payment may be required upfront. Final files are delivered once payment is received in full.

3. Revisions
A limited number of revisions may be included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Turnaround Time
Timelines are estimates and depend on project scope and client responsiveness.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content, feedback, and approvals on time.

6. Intellectual Property
Final designs become the client’s property upon full payment. HeyJude Create may showcase work in its portfolio and marketing.

7. Refunds
Refunds are not given once work has started.

8. Liability
HeyJude Create is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of delivered work.
